The
Observer is the underground newsletter of IIPS. The Observer is not brought
out by any one particular person, but rather is a forum for anybody and
everybody to concoct a story and present it as a newsitem. Of course, it
is one big joke and not a forum for personal vendetta.
Although, not a KoGT innovation, members of the KoGT have long sustained and enriched the Observer, especially Dinker Charak. Present here are issues of the Observer authored or featuring a KoGT member(s).
